2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel:

  • We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method (processed via Stripe) within 5 business days.
    If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it under our returns policy (see Section 3).

3. Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for most products, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

3.1 Your Right to Return

  • Distance purchases: If you purchase online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return it, and an additional 14 days to send it back.

  • In-store or other purchases: For non-distance purchases, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, subject to our terms below.

3.2 Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition (including packaging).

  • Returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

3.3 How to Return

  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorisation. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.

4. Refunds

We aim to ensure you receive your order on time and as described. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

4.2 When Refunds are not Available

We cannot offer refunds if:

    In such cases, we will work with you to find a solution, such as resending the order or providing a partial refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 business days.

  • Refunds include the item’s purchase price and any original shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@advancetosuccess.com with details and photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery: We aim to deliver within 4 business days after processing, depending on your location and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like carrier delays or customs processing.

  • We use various shipping partners depending on your order and location. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
